The kiddos and I had some good luck at the thrift shop today!  I was delighted by a set of ADORABLE cups and my girl fell hard for a vintage floral hat.  Little, sweet things like these really make me happy...

Keeping an open mind...

A rainy morning motivated us to make some art!  I cut out some cardboard pieces for the kiddos (using this as inspiration) and the next thing I knew, the "deer craft" had been transformed by the imaginations of the kiddos into an "owl craft"!  I'm sure the deer would have turned out cute too, but the owls are delightful...

"Snow Day" cocktails...

One of our Daddy friends brought over some ginger beers, limes, vodka, and with the help of a few scoops of fresh snow, made one of the most delightful cocktails I've had in a LONG time!!  Snow cocktails... so brilliant!!

Snow Daze...

The kids went to school last Monday... and then this past Monday... so that is a grand total of two days of school in the past two weeks!  It's crazy!  But we've had such fun, and this latest round was DEEP...
