Egg Drop Soup...

Or as my daughter calls it, Drop Egg Soup!  The Tofu King makes a broth with lots of garlic, ginger, and carrots.  When the broth is ready, he drops in an egg or two to cook up in the broth.  The kale is added last.  The resulting soup is poured over Asian noodles and garnished with thin strips of baked tofu.  Good stuff!  It is delicious any old time, but it is typically reserved for cold days or when someone in the family is under the weather (all of that ginger and garlic is the very best medicine to be sure).  And slurping is definitely encouraged!
